By using the Workes platform (workes.co.il), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provisions of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Workes. If you use the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to act on its behalf and accept these Terms.
Workes is an online platform for job searching in Israel. We provide information about job vacancies and the ability to connect with employers. Workes is an intermediary platform between job seekers and employers and is not a party to any agreements between them. Important clarifications: • Workes is not an employer and does not act as a party in employment relationships. • We do not guarantee employment or a response from an employer. • Job information is provided by employers. Workes does not verify each vacancy and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or relevance. • Information about labor rights is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. • Workes does not participate in financial transactions between users and employers unless expressly stated otherwise. • We may conduct basic employer verification, however we do not guarantee their integrity, solvency, or fulfillment of obligations.
When creating an account on the platform, you agree to: • Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. • Ensure the security of your account and password. • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account. • Bear full responsibility for all actions performed using your account. • You agree not to transfer your account to third parties. We reserve the right to block or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms without prior notice.
You bear full responsibility for any information you post on the platform, including profile data, resumes, and messages. The following content is prohibited on the platform: • Illegal content that violates the laws of the State of Israel or international law. • Offensive, discriminatory, or hate-inciting content. • Misleading, false, or fraudulent information. • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or mass mailings. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
When using the platform, the following is strictly prohibited: • Attempts to hack or gain unauthorized access to platform systems or data. • Automated data collection (scraping, parsing) without written permission. • Posting false, fictitious, or fraudulent job listings. • Impersonating another person or organization. • Disrupting the platform, including DDoS attacks and other destructive actions. • Using the platform to distribute spam or malicious software. • Bypassing technical limitations and security measures of the platform.
All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, and other materials of the Workes platform are the intellectual property of Workes and are protected by intellectual property laws. Information about labor rights posted on the platform is provided exclusively for educational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.
The Workes platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. In particular, we do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the platform. • The accuracy, completeness, and relevance of job information. • Achievement of any specific results from using the platform. • The reliability and security of third parties with whom you interact through the platform. Workes shall not be liable for the inability to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet failures, actions of government authorities, force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Workes shall not be liable for: • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. • Decisions made based on information posted on the platform. • Actions, inactions, or behavior of employers or other third parties. • Loss of data, lost profits, or interruption of business. Workes shall not be liable for any disputes between users and employers, including but not limited to: working conditions, salary payments, termination, and other employment relations. In any case, the liability of Workes, if established, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for using the platform (if applicable).
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or completely terminate your access to the platform at any time and without prior notice, in the event of: • Violation of these Terms of Service. • Suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity. • At the request of law enforcement authorities. In the event of access termination, you agree to immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Israel. The parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes through negotiation before resorting to court.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
Workes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
