Service Agreement

This agreement governs the terms of cooperation between Workes and the employer.

1. Subject of the Agreement

Workes provides a platform for posting vacancies and finding workers. The employer uses the platform to search for and hire employees.

2. Obligations of the Parties

Workes undertakes to ensure the functioning of the platform and access to the candidate database. The employer undertakes to provide accurate information about vacancies.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are determined by the chosen cooperation model and are specified in an individual agreement.

4. Liability

The parties are liable for non-fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

5. Term

The agreement takes effect from the moment of the employer's registration on the platform and is valid indefinitely until terminated by either party.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days written notice to the other party.
