Vacation Entitlement
In Israel, every worker accumulates annual paid vacation days from the first day of employment. For the first years of tenure the minimum is 16 days per year — that is 12 working days on a five-day week, or 14 on a six-day week. The number of days increases with each year of tenure.

In force since 1 January 2017. "Days under the law" are calendar days and include the weekly rest day; working days are the days you actually stay off work.
